At the Consulate

Complete a legalization application (select the link to get the form) and enclose the following:

• Valid passport travel document, and two copies of the first 6 pages of the said document.
• Fees: $3/page (only money orders payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon are accepted).

Send to the Consulate via certified UPS self-addressed & prepaid envelope for return (no return fees are accepted), a completed legalization application (select the link to get the form), along with:

• Valid passport/ travel document, and two copies of the first 6 pages of the said document.
