Ikhraj Kayd/ ID Equivalent
At the Consulate
Complete a ikhraj kayd application (select the link to get the form) and provide the following:
- Lebanese identification card (I.D.), or family/individual ikhraj kayd and a copy of the said document.
- 1 recent passport photo (taken within the past 3 months with full face and white background).
- Fees: $60 USD (money order only).

Include scanned copies (cell phone photos/ screen shots are not acceptable) of the application and all supporting documents.
Complete a ikhraj kayd application (select the link to get the form) and attach copies of the following:
- Lebanese identification card (I.D.), or family/individual ikhraj kayd.
- 1 recent passport photo (taken within the past 3 months with full face and white background).
- Fees: $60 USD (money order only).
Replies from the pertinent authorities can take more than 6 months. The consulate will notify you in a timely manner.
