Good Conduct/ Criminal Record Report
At the Consulate
Complete a criminal record report application (select the link to get the form) and provide the following:
- For Lebanese citizens, Lebanese identification card (I.D.), or family/individual ikhraj kayd and a copy of the said document.
- For non-Lebanese citizens, current passport and a copy of the said document.
- Fees: free of charge.

Include scanned copies (cell phone photos/ screen shots are not acceptable) of the application and all supporting documents.

Replies from the pertinent authorities can take more than 6 months. The consulate will notify you in a timely manner.
